These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merci Technologies, Inc. regarding your use of the Site.
